The people vote on the care initiative – Köhler, Stüdeli oversee voting campaign

The federal care initiative will be put to the people on November 28, 2021.
The SBK-ASI has entrusted Köhler, Stüdeli & Partner with the planning and implementation of the referendum campaign, which we are very pleased about.
We are implementing the campaign with our partner agencies Feinheit and Digital Organizers.
According to an internal GfS survey, the chances are very good that the people and the cantons can be convinced of the necessity of the care initiative.
The initiative committee is sticking to the federal care initiative, as the indirect counter-proposal drawn up by Parliament does not go far enough.
It lacks measures to increase the length of time spent in the profession and ensure the quality of care.
Not only a training offensive is needed, but also measures to increase the length of time spent in the profession.
The number of nurses per shift, the early announcement of work schedules, further development opportunities and salary are important for job satisfaction.
Köhler, Stüdeli und Partner GmbH has been working for SBK-ASI since 2016.
We were able to support the client at all stages of the popular initiative (drafting the initiative text, launching the collection of signatures and submission, consultation in parliament).
It is therefore all the more pleasing that we are now also able to plan the concept for the referendum campaign and implement it together with partner agencies.
