psychoth\u00e9rapeutes psychologues pourront d\u00e9sormais exercer en tant qu&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendants et facturer leurs prestations \u00e0 la charge de l&rsquo;assurance obligatoire des soins (AOS).<br \/>\nK\u00f6hler, St\u00fcdeli &amp; Partner a ainsi achev\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s son mandat apr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s de six ans.<br \/>\nLe mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation actuellement encore en vigueur, dans lequel les psychoth\u00e9rapeutes travaillent sous la surveillance d&rsquo;un m\u00e9decin, sera remplac\u00e9.<br \/>\nDepuis des d\u00e9cennies, les associations de psychologues se sont efforc\u00e9es d&rsquo;obtenir ce changement de mod\u00e8le, car il ne r\u00e9pondait plus aux exigences d&rsquo;un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 bas seuil \u00e0 une psychoth\u00e9rapie qualifi\u00e9e dans le domaine du conseil psychologique.<br \/>\nLes associations de psychologues se montrent tr\u00e8s satisfaites de la d\u00e9cision du Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.<br \/>\nEn 2015, les associations professionnelles de psychologues FSP, ASP et SPAP ont donn\u00e9 \u00e0 K\u00f6hler, St\u00fcdeli und Partner le mandat de cr\u00e9er une nouvelle r\u00e9glementation qui remplacerait le mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation.<br \/>\nLors de la premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9sentation, nous avons recommand\u00e9 de r\u00e9activer la solution interrompue en 2013 au niveau de l&rsquo;ordonnance.<br \/>\nK\u00f6hler, St\u00fcdeli &amp; Partner a \u00e9labor\u00e9 et mis en \u0153uvre une proposition de proc\u00e9dure en plusieurs \u00e9tapes qui a maintenant abouti apr\u00e8s six ans.<br \/>\nLe conseil politique s&rsquo;est concentr\u00e9 sur la v\u00e9rification des faits et l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de bases aussi objectives que possible, sur des entretiens personnels avec des repr\u00e9sentants du DFI et de l&rsquo;OFSP, sur des interventions parlementaires de d\u00e9put\u00e9s de diff\u00e9rentes sensibilit\u00e9s et sur le travail m\u00e9diatique.<br \/>\nLes associations de psychologues ont pu s&rsquo;assurer que les demandes formul\u00e9es dans le cadre de la consultation sur les projets d&rsquo;ordonnances \u00e9taient largement soutenues.<br \/>\nSeules les assurances maladie et les associations de psychiatres se sont oppos\u00e9es au projet.<br \/>\nLe lobbying des associations de psychologues a eu plus d&rsquo;impact.<br \/>\nLes propositions soumises dans le cadre de la consultation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans le projet d&rsquo;ordonnance que le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral vient d&rsquo;approuver.<br \/>\nLes propositions de mise en \u0153uvre des associations de psychologues ont \u00e9t\u00e9 couronn\u00e9es de succ\u00e8s parce qu&rsquo;elles se sont concentr\u00e9es sur les besoins des patients en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 bas seuil \u00e0 une psychoth\u00e9rapie qualifi\u00e9e et qu&rsquo;elles ont mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9 les int\u00e9r\u00eats particuliers.               <a
