suivi pour l&rsquo;essentiel le projet du Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et du Conseil des Etats concernant la loi sur le dossier \u00e9lectronique du patient.<br \/>\nSelon un <a title=\"http:\/\/www.parlament.ch\/d\/mm\/2015\/Seiten\/mm-sgk-n-2015-02-20.aspx\" href=\"http:\/\/www.parlament.ch\/d\/mm\/2015\/Seiten\/mm-sgk-n-2015-02-20.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">communiqu\u00e9 de presse du 20 f\u00e9vrier 2015<\/a>, tous les fournisseurs de prestations, y compris les m\u00e9decins travaillant en ambulatoire, seront d\u00e9sormais tenus de tenir des dossiers \u00e9lectroniques de patients.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;IG eHealth salue cette mesure sur le principe, mais est consciente de la forte r\u00e9sistance des milieux m\u00e9dicaux.<br \/>\nLa FMH a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait part de ses inqui\u00e9tudes dans un <a title=\"http:\/\/www.fmh.ch\/files\/pdf16\/2015_02_20_Medienmitteilung_EPDG_D.pdf\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fmh.ch\/files\/pdf16\/2015_02_20_Medienmitteilung_EPDG_D.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">communiqu\u00e9 de presse du 20 f\u00e9vrier 2015<\/a>.<br \/>\nElle craint que trop de donn\u00e9es soient g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es et que les patientes soient \u00e9galement oblig\u00e9es de tenir un eDossier.<br \/>\nIl est r\u00e9jouissant de constater que les pr\u00e9occupations mentionn\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9solues sans probl\u00e8me au niveau du r\u00e8glement.<br \/>\nPour att\u00e9nuer ces inqui\u00e9tudes, la commission a choisi une longue p\u00e9riode de transition de dix ans pour les prestataires de soins ambulatoires.<br \/>\nLes eDossiers cr\u00e9ent les conditions n\u00e9cessaires pour que les prestataires de soins puissent collaborer au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res institutionnelles et cantonales.<br \/>\nLa coordination des soins am\u00e9liore \u00e0 son tour la qualit\u00e9 des traitements.<br \/>\nSi la promotion de la qualit\u00e9 des soins est au centre des pr\u00e9occupations, une obligation pour tous les prestataires de soins est judicieuse.<br \/>\nIl est clair que l&rsquo;utilisation des eDossiers doit rester facultative pour les patients.<br \/>\nLes m\u00e9decins peuvent collaborer avec d&rsquo;autres professionnels de la sant\u00e9 dans les r\u00e8gles de l&rsquo;art, m\u00eame si les patients
